What is neurodiversity?

What is
neurodiversity?

Most people perceive and process stimuli similarly because their nervous system developed in a typical way. These people are described as neurotypical, and because they think and perceive reality similarly – it is easier for them to understand each other.

However, when the nervous system develops by a different pathway and acts differently – we are dealing with a neuroatypical person. Their behaviour is often incomprehensible to the general public because it acts in an unconventional way to which we are not accustomed. A different way of processing information can be an advantage if you gain knowledge of how to work together in a neurodiverse team.

Inclusive and social action is also a value followed by the employees of the younger generation, who will make up 75% of the labour market by 2025.
