We need you to support our administrative department. We are looking for candidates for the position of:  

Pracownik administracyjno-biurowy

In this position, you will be responsible for:  

  • Reliable maintenance of documentation concerning office operations.
  • Care for the flow of all documents in the company.
  • Documentation cataloging, organizing, and archiving.
  • Work with external companies in the field of accounting and human resources services.
  • Flow of information between the company and institutions (Social Security, Tax Office, National Disabled Persons Rehabilitation Fund, Patent Office, etc.).
  • Care for the timely flow of documents, including the issuance of invoices to contractors.
  • Organization of business trips, meetings, hotel booking, and flights.
  • Professional service to guests and contractors.
  • Receipt, recording, and sending of correspondence.
  • Preparation of memos, statements, presentations, preparation of various documents in accordance with company procedures.
  • Preparation of agreements for employees and contractors in accordance with company guidelines and formats.
  • Ordering transfers based on agreements and invoices received.
  • Co-creation of company processes in the administrative and office department.
  • Administrative and organizational support of the office in daily operations, including ordering and distribution of office supplies, cleaning supplies, office equipment, and replacement of consumables.

 

The qualities we are looking for in a candidate:  

  • Experience in office work.
  • Initiative and a proactive approach.
  • Meeting deadlines
  • Good manners and meticulousness.
  • Good communication skills when working with other employees and contractors. Ability to work under time pressure.
  • Ability to learn quickly.
  • Independence and a sense of responsibility.
  • Very good organization of work.

 

It will be welcomed if: 

  • You know English to the extent that it allows you to communicate freely.
  • You are good and proficient with computer and work management tools (e.g. MS Office 365, ClickUp, Trello, Assana).
  • If you don’t have IT competencies, you should be open to acquiring them.
  • You are able to work in agile management methodologies.
