Jeppesen employees increased their knowledge about autism

Autism can be tamed if one learns the exact details behind the term. It was a pleasure for our asperIT tutor to contribute to autism awareness among Jeppensen employees.

Employees received intensive training in our Learning Path , thus taking the first step towards building neurodiversity in their workplace.

As part of the Boeing Poland Council's local Diversity & Inclusion initiative, we had the pleasure of working with asperIT to organise a webinar on the topic of autism in the workplace. The asperIT team has become known as passionate experts who understand the needs of both their beneficiaries and their employers. The presentation by asperIT helped our team gain a basic understanding of the autism spectrum, how to recruit autistic people and how to harness the potential of neuroatypical teams.
