We recently wrote about the end of individual interviews. We then moved on to the final stage of the recruitment process – IT testing. We are proud to announce that this last stage has also been successful.
Last Friday and Monday, we organized 2 IT tests for a total of 22 candidates who passed the individual interviews. The first one took place at the headquarters of PSNC Future Labs, while the second one took place at the Talent Forge of the strategic partner of the Poznań edition – Association for People with Autism (ProFUTURO).
Both groups turned out to be very well prepared and displayed a high level of skills. Competition between candidates was really fierce, and we did not have an easy task in evaluating and selecting our new beneficiaries. We want to thank everyone for their efforts and commitment to recruitment. From the group, we have selected 12 outstanding candidates who will now take up social training. They are starting this week and will meet again at the Kuźnia Talentów ProFUTURO.
