We have completed the social training phase of the Warsaw edition of asperIT! We were once again given very good premises by our partners from the Targowa Center for Creativity.
A group of participants, selected by us as a result of recruitment process, met with our team of tutors for a whole week during the evenings.
During the course, several principles were in place – integration, acceptance, and understanding. The course participants strengthened their bonds with each other so that in the future, they will be able to build a team. They learned the nuances of communication and how to address colleagues and superiors. They also tried to better understand themselves and raise their self-worth and self-esteem.
According to our tutors, the beneficiaries did a good job – the group turned out to be open-minded, communicative, and very eager to acquire new knowledge.
