Regulations for the use of Training Vouchers 2022

1. The voucher entitles the user of the voucher to use the full service described in the voucher on the agreed date after full payment for the service mentioned in the voucher has been made.
2. The voucher is valid for a maximum of 1 year from the date of purchase.
3. A voucher purchased in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in these Terms and Conditions cannot be redeemed for the purchase of other vouchers.
4. The buyer and the user are not entitled to any claims against the voucher issuer, which is asperIT.com Sp. z o. o. based in Wrocław, ul. Mglista 14a/12, due to loss, theft, destruction of the voucher or its expiration.
5. The publisher is not responsible for vouchers that are lost or damaged after being handed over to the buyer.
6. The voucher holder is the person designated by the entity acquiring the voucher and using it to purchase the services offered by the publisher.
7. The voucher is not exchangeable in whole or in part for another voucher.
8. Purchase of the voucher is only possible at https://asperit.com/voucher-na-szkolenia-neurodiversity/ by emailing asperIT.com.
9. The buyer will receive full details from the publisher to make payment for the selected voucher.
10. Voucher zostanie wysłany Kupującemu w formie elektronicznej (plik PDF z unikalnym kodem).
11. The lead time for ordering Vouchers is up to three working days after payment.
12. The publisher has the right to refuse to redeem the voucher in the following cases:
    1. expiry date of the voucher;
    2. damage to the voucher to an extent that makes it impossible to read the unique code written on the voucher;
13. The purchaser receives an advance invoice when the Voucher is issued and a final invoice when the service is provided.
14. If the value of the services ordered exceeds the value of the voucher, The buyer has the right to use the voucher as partial payment.
15. The voucher is not exchangeable for cash in whole or in part, neither can be returned to the Publisher.
16. In the event of a change in the date of the services for which the Buyer has purchased a voucher, the Publisher undertakes to replenish the original value of the voucher and to agree a new mutually convenient date for the service.
17. The voucher holder is obliged to keep the voucher until the date of service.
18. The publisher reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions for the use of Vouchers.
19. Only vouchers purchased through the sources listed in point 8 are considered original and valid.
20. Resale or attempted resale of a voucher will invalidate it without refund of the purchase price.
