As we promised, we had a fruitful start to the year. As part of our partnership with IT Matters, on February 25, we were invited to participate in the IT Matters MeetUP vol.2 conference in Wrocław, where our speakers told the audience about the asperIT project.
The purpose of the speeches was to present our achievements to date, as well as to show the benefits of neuro-diversity in the IT industry. We also emphasized the need to understand the specific functioning of ASD people among business representatives and the importance of educating teams in this regard. The example of our activities was a good inspiration to discuss the positive aspects of diversified teams.
Apart from us, Zbyszek Moćkun from Cognifide also spoke at the conference. He talked about how to build a project team and how to support the potential inherent in a diverse workforce.
