The first edition of the IT Matters conference will take place tomorrow in Warsaw! We will also be there to talk about our project!
The theme of the event is “Diversity, Inclusion, Collaboration.”
The program includes lectures, mini-workshops, and panel discussions on building diverse and inclusive teams and a conscious organizational culture, as well as effective communication in teams or conflict resolution. We will listen to and discuss rarely discussed topics such as mental health in the workplace or the inclusion of people on the autism spectrum in the technology industry.
During the conference, we will meet professionals from both Poland and abroad.
The conference is aimed at all employees in the IT industry, especially executives, managers, team leaders, and all those for whom it is important to work with people, not just their skills.
