We informed you some time ago that during the internship, our beneficiaries solved real problems of various companies.
One of our partners, after the analysis of their test case done by the participants, suggested that our beneficiaries should continue learning during a voluntary internship.
We decided to organize such a thing and invited our graduates to work with us. We set up a schedule with adjusted working hours and distributed tasks across the team. In this way, for a month, we worked several hours a day in a home office environment coordinating work and testing incoming requests.
The internship was completed by 8 people, and 3 people were hired to implement commercial activities for asperIT. Therefore, we have taken a huge step, and we sincerely hope to expand this testing team to include new members.
