{"id":15154,"date":"2020-08-18T12:37:07","date_gmt":"2020-08-18T10:37:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/asperit.com\/?p=15154"},"modified":"2023-02-20T11:17:59","modified_gmt":"2023-02-20T10:17:59","slug":"paid-internship-for-a-fundraiser-at-the-foundation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/asperit.com\/en\/2020\/08\/18\/paid-internship-for-a-fundraiser-at-the-foundation\/","title":{"rendered":"Paid internship for a fundraiser at the foundation"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The <strong>European Foundation for Social Activation (EFAS)<\/strong>, operator of the <strong>asperIT<\/strong> project &#8211; a leader in the Polish market in activating people on the autism spectrum to work in IT &#8211; is seeking candidates for<strong>a paid internship<\/strong> in the position of a fundraiser (fundraising specialist).<\/p>\n\n<p>The offer is addressed primarily to young people, preferably students, who would like to learn the ins and outs of this profession.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>The person in this position will take part in:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>creating the foundation&#8217;s fundraising strategy;<\/li><li>creating applications for raising funds from national and European funds;<\/li><li>accounting for the foundation&#8217;s current target grants;<\/li><li>building a plan for the creation of the foundation&#8217;s endowment;<\/li><li>internal auditing of projects implemented with domestic and European funds;<\/li><li>creating relations with the foundation&#8217;s donors.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>The qualities we are looking for in a candidate:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>creativity;<\/li><li>good manners;<\/li><li>communication skills;<\/li><li>ability to deliver presentations;<\/li><li>knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Docs;<\/li><li>ability to write.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<p>The <strong><em>asperIT <\/em><\/strong><em>is an innovative project and a Polish market leader in the subject of training people on the autism spectrum to work in the IT industry. During the three editions of the project, the foundation has released dozens of qualified software testers into the job market.<\/em><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>As part of the internship, we offer:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>a salary depending on the level of hourly commitment;<\/li><li>learning alongside a person with extensive experience and with a successful track record of raising funds for the foundation&#8217;s activities and commercial projects;<\/li><li>flexible working hours;<\/li><li>opportunity to participate in commercial training in the field of conducted activities;<\/li><li>opportunity to work remotely;<\/li><li>After completing the internship, the possibility of employment in the foundation or in business projects implemented by the foundation.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<p>Do you want to learn from the inside how to work in the third sector and in a team that uses agile project management methodologies? In the first step, we invite the candidate to an <strong>online interview<\/strong> (via Google Meet). Those who make a good impression during the interview will be given a<strong>task to complete to assess their creativity, current skills, and fundraising potential<\/strong>.
