The result of many years of hard work is trained people with Asperger’s Syndrome, to whom we have given extensive knowledge of application testing (web as well as mobile), but also soft skills, which they need to work in the IT industry. Thanks to the work of many people, we show that Asperger’s Syndrome or autism, in general, doesn’t have to stop people who want to work and do manual software testing, deal with software testing, or work in the IT industry.

Over time, we also came to the conclusion that training for the position of “software tester” is not the end of our ambitions. That’s why, as a foundation, we began to employ our beneficiaries and perform a service we call TaaS ( Testing as a Service). We currently have a number of people working for us, and all of them are beneficiaries of our training. We have the potential to expand this team with more testers. Our employees are able to perform the following services for companies, such as:

  • system tests – overall verification of the compliance of an already integrated system with the requirements established in the previous sections,
  • acceptance tests – obtaining formal confirmation of the execution of software of adequate quality,
  • integration tests – assessing the compliance of a system or a component with specified functional requirements,
  • functional tests – detection of errors in the implementation of functionality included in the requirements specification; tests are performed at all levels of testing and for confirmation testing,
  • regression tests – when implementing new functionality, the impact of these changes on the operations of the entire system is verified,
  • digital accessibility tests – assessment of compliance of the selected website with legal requirements for adapting the site for the digitally excluded.

The entire team is by Paweł Kazienko, a test manager with more than 17 years of experience. This also shows that our services are provided in a fully professional manner. In addition, “soft” support for our team is provided by Jacek Śmigiel, our tutor in the asperIT project and a therapist with more than 20 years of experience.

All this makes our team complementary, and thanks to our years of experience in software testing and working with people on the autism spectrum, we get results much better than if we hired typical people.
